Important
The Information subcommittee of the Bigfork Steering Committee is launching a project designed to collect photographs that depict both desirable and undesirable community attributes which can be used in various media formats to encourage Bigfork area residents to find ways to build on the desirable characteristics of the community.
Anyone can participate by sending digital images to [photos@bigforksteering.org]. The photos should represent
general concepts that contribute to the positive attributes of a community,
and do not single out a specific property unless it can be interpreted
in a very positive way. Photos of those items which would be considered to have a negative effect on the character of the community can be taken by individuals while visiting other communities.
As funding becomes available, the photos will be organized and
published in a brochure entitled “Picture This”, which will be available
to old timers and newcomers alike. It is hoped that the result of this project will be that residents and business owners will emulate the positive attributes, eliminate the negative attributes, and that the Bigfork area will continue to be an attractive destination.
Photos can also be sent to our Post Office Box 1864, Bigfork, MT
Our next meeting will be January 14, 2010

Important
Be sure to sign your name on the sign in sheet. That is how we keep track of voting eligibility. BSC Members must attend seven (7) meetings within the past year to vote or Three (3) consecutive meetings in the last year.
Since the Revised Bigfork Neighborhood Plan has been adopted it is felt that the need for a meeting every week is not necessary at this time. So we will keep meeting on the Second(2nd) Thursday of the month and it will be our usual Community Forum Meeting. If more meetings are required we will send out a notice to all on our email list and post the notice in the Post Office, Harvest Foods Public Community Bulletin Board, and the Bigfork Drug Store Community Board.
