The Information subcommittee of the Bigfork Steering Committee is launching a project designed to collect photographs that depict bothdesirable and undesirable community attributes which can be used in various media formats to encourage Bigfork area residents to find ways to build on the desirable characteristics of the community.
Anyone can participate by sending digital images to [photos@bigforksteering.org]. The photos should represent

general concepts that contribute to the positive attributes of a community,

and do not single out a specific property unless it can be interpretedin a very positive way. Photos of those items which would be considered to have a negative effect on the character of the community can be taken by individuals while visiting other communities.
As funding becomes available, the photos will be organized and

published in a brochure entitled “Picture This”, which will be available

to old timers and newcomers alike. It is hoped that the result of this project will be that residents and business owners will emulate the positiveattributes,eliminate the negative attributes, and that the Bigfork area will continue to be an attractive destination.
